The Essentials by Ellen December Release was super inspirational and I loved these elegant Hands Dies the moment I saw them. I was inspired by the sentiment stamp “A mother holds her children’s hands for a short while but their hearts forever” so I used both the large and small hand on today’s panel. Just popping in quick today with a card tutorial featuring different shaker pockets – six to be exact. Using the new Essentials by Ellen Release, I die cut the Hands die six times onto a square card. I wanted to have all the hands going around in a circle in various colours. I created six pockets but tracing the hands onto my card base and placing foam tape all around them. Today I am pairing up with Michele Ferguson to celebrate the Ellen Hutson’s 12 Tags of Christmas Celebration. Michele and I were challenged to incorporate heat embossing, non-traditional colours and Pretty Pink Posh to create a tag or two. 1. For the first ornament or tag (you could really use it either way), I began by stamping the Caroling Critters stamp in Tuxedo Black Ink using my Misti.
