Hi Crafters, yesterday, we took a look at the MISTI itself – which one is right for you, what is does, is it worth it, etc. Today we are heading into the fun stuff and that is actually making something!  Don’t forget to enter the giveaway for a MINI MISTI sponsored by So Suzy Stamps if you haven’t already!

Note: If you have taken a technique week class before, I previously did free downloads of the instructions for the cards. I found the number of people downloading them was not worth the time put into them – so I’m trying something new. Making some nice graphics that you can save, print out or PIN to pinterest for your reference! The videos explain everything anyway 🙂 Hope that is ok!
This class is absolutely FREE – if you enjoy it, all I ask is that you share it with someone – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, you mom, friends, whatever! Help me spread the word about my free classes.

I mentioned yesterday that I do not exclusively use my MISTI tool. Two reasons why I don’t are that I don’t want my audience thinking you need a MISTI tool to stamp pretty things – not true! The second reason is that I don’t like stamping the same image over and over on a card base with the MISTI. That is the only time I find it not as efficient as a block. However, as in the graphic above, there are times when using the MISTI is just the responsible thing to do 😉

For all the watercolour lovers out there, this card is perfect for someone (like me) who make not have a lot of painting skills. Also it shows off how great the MISTI is when stamping images onto textured paper! I used to avoid the textured side of watercolour paper for years before getting the MISTI.

This card here is from my previous MISTI series that I am redoing and removing the old videos due to poor quality. Do you own a background stamp like this one that is nearly completely solid? Were you able to stamp is properly and perfectly – ever? I know I couldn’t before MISTI 🙂
