Altenew Geometry & Nature Stencils Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Leaf Bed Stencil( ALTN )

Geometric stamps stencils are my absolute favourite because there is so much you can do with them. They are super versatile and fit nearly every occasion – just switch up the colours and you have a completely different card every time! I also love creating these as backgrounds to have in my stash for when I need a quick card.

To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $30 gift certificate to 3 lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog by 09/23/2020 for a chance to win.

Castle Motifs Stencil( ALTN )

For the most part I used beautiful summer colours over my stencils but I switched up my summer motif for the card above and switched to fall. I love the way it turned out!

I used the Ink Blending Tool – Large( ALTN ) to blend the colours over my stencils. This ergonomic brush gave me a perfect blend every time and it's so easy on the hands!

Color Block Triangle Stencil( ALTN )

When I created these cards, I was actually on holiday. It was a great experience trying to figure out what to bring – stencils and mini ink pads are super small and very versatile. I threw a couple stamps into my bag with my misti and was able to create beautiful cards with a small tote bag of supplies.

  1. These are beautiful as your creations always are. Stencils are definitely getting more popular and yes they are so versatile. Enjoy your holiday!

  2. These are great examples of the variety one can achieve with just a few supplies. Something I struggle with is packing lightly when I go away to a craft weekend. Thanks for this inspiration!

  3. Beautiful cards; I’m in love with so many of these stencils it will be hard to choose when it’s time to order!

  4. All of the cards are very nice!
My favorite is the Sending Hope, I love your creativity perfect colors for a Fall card!
    Thanks for sharing.

  5. Justine I really like your choice of colours & the CAS style of the cards you’ve created. There are so many stencils in this release that I’d like to find a way to have in my stash. I’m really drawn to geometric designs, which in a way surprises me, as when I took geometry in grades 7 & 10, I hated it. Mind you, now I’m not having to learn about them, I just get to play with them. Big difference. Thanks!
