Top 10 Inexpensive Supplies That I Reach For The Most

Today we are going to be exploring my inexpensive craft supplies that I am constantly reaching for! The majority of supplies are very inexpensive but I've added a few in here that when you calculate the “per use” cost, they are also very affordable tools. For example, a stamp can cost me $14.99 but if I only use it once, I paid $14.99 to use that stamp. If I take my MISTI stamping tool, which I use every single time I stamp, I've used it hundreds of times and it's saved me tons of cardstock. So I'd rather spend $60 on a stamping tool based on a per use cost rather than a stamp. Hope that makes sense!

1. Scrapbook.com Blending Applicator $5.99

Scrapbook.com - Ink Blending Tool with Domed Foam Applicators

This Ink Blending Tool with Domed Foam Applicators( SBC ) works really well for ink blended backgrounds – the domed foam prevents harsh lines! I reach for these super often when inking up a background.

2. Sequins $3.79

Nuvo - Dream In Colour Collection - Pure Sheen Sequins - Silver Rain

Grabbing large jars of inexpensive Sequins by Tonic Studios( TNC ) for shaker cards is a great way to save money. I tend to use my more expensive Sequins – Pretty Pink Posh LLC ( PRT ) for attaching individual sequins to my cardstock and use the cheap ones for shakers.

3. Washi Tape $1+

Bella Blvd - Cooper Collection - Washi Tape - Paw Prints

Washi tape is an inexpensive way to decorate and embellish your cards. Try creating a background of washi or using it on die cuts! Lots of possibilities!

4. Nuvo Drops $2.85

Nuvo - Crystal Drops Gloss - Dandelion Yellow

Nuvo drops are perfect for embellishing a card that needs a little extra something. Nuvo Drops have plenty of uses!

5. Adhesive $5.99

Nuvo - Deluxe Adhesive

Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive( SBC ) is my go-to adhesive. Using a liquid adhesive lasts me so much longer than tape runner or double-sided tape.

6. Post It Notes $4.99

Post it Notes are great for masking and no need for expensive masking paper. It also helps me create straight edges when ink blending.

7. Erasers $3-$5

Creative Expressions - Adhesive Eraser

There are two erasers I recommend Tombow Mono Sand Eraser( AMZUS | SSS ) and the Adhesive Eraser( AMZUS ). The first one helps erase ink if it's lightly on your cardstock (fingerprints) and the adhesive eraser erases dry adhesive from your cardstock.

8. Craft Scrubbier $5

Ranger Ink - Craft Scrubbie

Ever have inky fingers? This Ranger Ink – Craft Scrubbie( SBC | AMZUS ) will help clean your fingers properly so you can continue on with your day!

9. Craft Pick $6.50

Tonic Studios - Tim Holtz - Retractable Craft Pick

The Tonic Studios Tim Holtz Retractable Craft Pick( SBC ) is perfect for placing sequins, poking your dies that are stuck and it's something I reach for often!

10. Misti Stamping Tool

New MISTI Stamping Tool - The Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented

My MISTI Stamping Tool The Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented( SBC | SSS ) is the best thing I've ever purchased. Although expensive, I use it every time I craft so my per use price is probably less than 10 cents at this point, not to mention the amount of mistakes it's saved me from making!
