Today I am working on some bulk cards using Birch Press Design Hex Fade Stamp and die set. I created five different backgrounds that you can recreate in your own cardmaking all using one background stamp and adding in some fun sentiments! Feel free to change up the colour, pattern or template to suit your personal style!
I'm more than likely going to gift these as a card pack so I thought I would stuck to a colour palette. For the most part I used Tutti Frutti, Tiki Torch and Limoncello. For the few cards I needed an additional colour, I used orange twist. This keeps things nice and tropical. The colour combination unifies the pack and makes it perfect for gift-giving.

I just adore the geometric pattern on these cards and how to goes from clustered to more spacious, it's very visually appealing. I topped off several of these sentiments with sentiments from the Shining Mandala set which I've used on other cards in the past.

The card above shows how easily and quickly a card can come together with basic supplies. I simply stamped the square in three different colours and stamped the sentiment overtop. It worked out beautifully and couldn't have been more basic.
Adding Dimension

This card uses a couple of techniques to really add dimension to the card. I die cut some of the squares and glued them overtop. This adds dimension and interest than a background that was simply stamped. Additionally, I used the Birch Press Hello Die with the shadow stamp behind to give it some pop and dimension.

This is one of my favourite cards. I actually had made a stamping mistake. I originally stamped the middle horizontal stamp incorrectly so I covered it with another one. This lead me to the idea of intertwining some of these strips.
