Today I am experimenting with three different cards and a variety of mediums for my cardmaking process video today: alcohol inks, pastes, sprays, stamping and tons of tips along the way. I am using the January Hedgehog Hollow Box (limited quantities left!) which includes three stamp sets, chipboard and a stencil to create these cards.

Life would be pointless without you is such an adorable sentiment to pair with a unicorn. I just adore these chipboard pieces – I want more of them but at least I have the comfort in knowing that the stamp set has a bunch of other animals for me to choose from. I think this one is my favourite with the Follow your dreams. They know the way sentiment. I used Clover, Limade, Turquoise and Sail Boat Blue. You can see that green seemed to dominate the blue on this card. Did I mention that the cardstock I'm using is not Yupo paper like I usually use with alcohol inks? It's a Brushed Silver Alcohol Cardstock.
For this card I created a little clean and simple mixed media (is there such a thing? yes!) I used a stamp to create the geometric shape that I stamped in All that Jazz ink, Silver glimmer paste overtop of the stencil and then I added the chipboard.
