Masking, Colouring and Skies with Ellen Hutson’s New Release!

Hey Crafters, today I am on the Ellen Hutson channel and I'm using the new Everyday Hero stamp by Brandi. I had this idea of a superhero taking off the ground so I stamped her on the cardstock partially and added some lines underneath to show motion with a Copic Multiliner. Using masking paper, I masked off the superhero stamp so it stayed white while I created my background.

I used the Mini Stacked Edges stencil from My Favorite things and stencilled in the clouds using Tumbled Glass ink. I peeled off the masking paper to reveal that my superhero remained untouched by the ink blending. I went ahead and coloured in the image using a few basic colours and stamped the Everyday Hero stamp on her shirt (FYI, if you noticed the typo, that has been fixed).

The last step was to simple add a Strong die cut to my card that I cut out using black cardstock. Overall this was a pretty simple card depending on how you feel about colouring.
