Do-It-Yourself customized cards with personalized sentiments are the feature in today's video tutorial with Altenew's Bold Alphabet and Bold Caps Alphabet dies. You can create really awesome, customized words with various alphabet dies or word dies to create a frame to display some colourful backgrounds.
Below in the supply list, I have added some additional dies that are smaller that would work for this technique. They are at a lesser price and you can fit bigger word (or names!) onto your cards with them 🙂 I am in love with these dies, but I understand that they are quite expensive. One perk is that they can be used for scrapbooking as well since they are quite large.

For the pink background, I used a mix of Wild Plum, Watermelon and Pink Sherbet alcohol inks. I stamped the birthday stamp from the Birthday Builder stamp. You can also choose to leave out the middles of the As and Ps if you choose for a different look.

For the green background, I used Pool, Citrus and Silver to create it. I stamped the sentiment from the Wings of Hope stamp set.

For the yellow-orange background, I used sunset orange, sunshine yellow and gold alcohol inks. I stamped the You from an upcoming stamp set that isn't released yet (oops!).

This card is actually lined up quite well but it seems my camera angle was a little off. I just ADORE this sentiment, it's so beautiful! This is also from the Wings of Hope set.

SNEAK PEEK! Mix and match the colours to create some awesome sentiments! This card is coming soon to Catherine Pooler's Stamp Nation.
