Hi Crafters!
welcome back to Distress Inks 101 – my free class – I'm also on the Create a Smile Blog today so pop in and say hi! Today we are looking at adding water to the inks and how they react. I created one watercolour card and one card with a water splatter. There are two video tutorials today plus I'll add a few past videos that apply to today's video.

Card #1: Water Splatter

This card features a beautiful combination of blues: Salty Ocean, Broken China, Peacock Feathers and Tumbled glass. I sprinted the background with water by letting drops of water fall off my hands.

Card #2: Watercolour

For this card I saturated the watercolour cardstock with water. Pressed my ink pads into my craft mat, picked up the colour using a wet paintbrush and painted a watercolour background. Colours used: Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin, Wilted Violet and Picked Raspberry.
