Guest Designer at Inkspirational: Geometric Challenge

Hi Crafters, today I am over at the Inkspirational Challenge Blog as a Guest Designer. I was invited a while back to do a post today as I had placed in the top 3 in November. Please join us this week over at Inkspirational to celebrate the Geometric Challenge (Interpret as you like)!

For this card I embossed the Geometric Backgrounds stamp from Close to my Heart (retired) onto a piece of watercolour paper. I stamped the stamp using my hands so that I could get uneven, unpredictable stamping on the background using Versamark Ink. I stamped the sentiment as well from the new Ponderings set from Tim Holtz. I embossed it using white embossing powder and watercolored overtop. I cut it out using stitched rectangle dies from Simon Says Stamp and mounted it onto some Neenah Card.
