welcome back to Watercolour for the Non-Artistic Cardmaker Color Bursts. Below you can link up your creations until January 23rd where I will pick the winners of the prizes. Today we are going to look at Color Bursts by Ken Oliver. These are highly pigmented intense powders that you can put onto water to make them “burst”. I'm sure there are multiple ways to use this, but I tried out the same technique twice to see the results I could get. I will definitely be making more videos on these in the future.
