This week is interactive card week over on the Ellen Hutson channel. It’s such a fun way to make cards that impresses everyone and makes your cards stand out from the standard card you buy at the store. Today I created a card using the Flip Slider die from Mama Elephant. This is similar to a waterfall style card except instead of going up and down, I glued it on it’s side. Today I’m exploring my favourite background dies that make cardmaking super quick and easy! All of these cards took less than 5 minutes (even the ones with blended backgrounds!) and I created 10 cards to show you how awesome these backgrounds turned out! For these cards, I created two panels using Distress Oxide colours: Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin and Picked Raspberry. I die cut one of them using the Horizontal Cover Up Die and I cut another panel in white. I interchanged the pieces to create two cards. The second…
