This week is interactive card week over on the Ellen Hutson channel. It’s such a fun way to make cards that impresses everyone and makes your cards stand out from the standard card you buy at the store. Today I created a card using the Flip Slider die from Mama Elephant. This is similar to a waterfall style card except instead of going up and down, I glued it on it’s side. Hi Crafters, today I have a fun video for you that compares alcohol inked backgrounds to dye inked backgrounds. I’ve received many questions about alcohol inks since they have made a come back this year and I wanted to show off the difference! I stencilled over top in Pine Needles and Chipped Sapphire ink, lifted the stencil and stamped this sentiment from the Words Defined set from Mama Elephant! Come play along with us at the AAA Card Challenge!

I am in Germany visiting family at the moment and attending a wedding this weekend and it was all a bit chaotic before I left. But I got all my cards done in advance and I’m excited to share this vibrant, cheery card with you! I created a YouTube tutorial to show you how I created this card. Originally, I intended for the entire background to be watercolored. When…
