Glitter Paper Piecing with Spellbinders Large Die of the Month

Today I am working with the Spellbinders Large Die of the Month. It is a $20 monthly subscription and you get a die(s) sent to you each month with tons of inspiration from Spellbinders on various projects you can make. I was really excited to be asked to help inspire you all on how to use it. There are many clubs available at Spellbinders for a variety of budgets, you can check them out here. At the moment, I am not affiliated with Spellbinders, it really is a product I believe in and is high quality and that's why I agreed to help show it off.

I picked two colour palettes from the Simon Says Stamp Glitter Cardstock assortment – blue and green and yellow and coral. I think these colours are just beautiful and I wish the camera could have better picked up their shine. The best part is that the glitter doesn't flake off everywhere. You may get one or two little pieces fall off but it's nothing like when you think about working with glitter.

I paper pieced each of the little pieces. You can see that I only partially did each of the dies. You can pick and choose how much work you want to put into it. I personally thing that by partially piecing, you get a more effective looking card and that black really pops!
