It is officially release day and I hope all of you signed up for the waitlist for this Stamp of Approval collection as it appears to be the most popular so far! If you didn’t sign up for the waitlist, the good news is that it is available at 6pm Eastern to the public but be sure to scoop it up right away to avoid disappointment! It may even sell out before then…as I said the last few days – get on that waitlist! For the blog hop, I created “fall themed” cards using the Leafs Motif stamp set. It appears I’m addicted to the Thankful die from the collection (guilty as charged!) so I combined it this time with the Blooming’ Bouquet Stamps and Dies (add-on for the collection).
For the card above, I simply stamped the flower outline all over the background in Flirty Fuchsia ink. Cut out the thankful die in black cardstock. I also cut out the thankful die out of the background itself and pieced everything together on the card base to make a one layer card.
For this card, I stamped the flower outline all over the black cardstock with Versamark ink to create a watermark effect. Then I die cut the solid flowers, thankful die and other elements for the Tags, etc. die set. I created a pretty little collage with all the elements. I ended up cutting the thankful die a couple times and layering them one on top of the other – it’s a cool 3D effect but also covers up inky fingerprints!
